Blogging is a valuable aspect of marketing for Peak 1 Express and our sister companies. The marketing and SEO teams work to come up with topics that are being searched frequently at that time and posting blogs about those subjects can bring a good amount of traffic to our sites, which in return could result in sales calls and benefit us all.
Every blog should be 500 – 700 words.
Every blog needs to have an introductory paragraph.
The purpose of link building is gaining exposure across different websites that would make sense to link back to Peak 1 Express. For example, if there’s a lodging company that has a section on their website of “How to Get to Breckenridge”, we want to be present there.
The main thing to focus on is if Peak 1 Express would be relevant on a specific site. There are many steps to link building, but here are the basics.
When you send out these emails, please make sure you are following up with each one in the correct order. Get organized how you see fit and RESPOND TO THE FIRST EMAIL for every follow-up, that way the recipient can see the paper trail of contact attempts. If you receive a “No” response, thank them for their time and do not push it.
Here is an example of the emails you should be sending for a website that talks about Peak 1 Express, but does not link to our site on their mention of it.
“Anchor Text” is the text on their site that mentions Peak 1 Express. Ex: “For transportation from the Denver Airport to Vail, call Peak 1 Express”.
PLEASE SEND FROM INFO@PEAK1EXPRESS EMAIL.
PLEASE MOVE ALL LINK BUILDING RESPONSES TO THE ‘LINK BUILDING RESPONSE’ FOLDER IN THE INFO BOX.
It will be the agents responsbility to check daily if one of your emails has been responded to.

Here are instructions to create your AVA/P1E company email signature. Please follow the directions and update your signature to follow the specified branding.
Signature generator: https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator
Confirm & Submit.
Copy signature.
IF YOU USE THE OUTLOOK APP: Open a new blank email like you’re going to email someone. In the top toolbar, under the Include section, click Signature > Signatures > New. Paste the signature in the box and save it as something you’ll recognize. On the right “Choose default signature”, make sure the email account is your Peak 1 Express account. In the New messages dropdown, select the new signature you created. For replies/forward – you can either keep it the same as new messages or do a simplified signature. If you choose to do a simplified signature, you’ll need to create that. My simple signature is just my name. That’s up to you. Save everything and test to make sure the signature auto-applies when you start a new email.
IF YOU USE OUTLOOK EMAIL: Open your Outlook account in your browser. On the right side of webmail, select the Settings icon, then click View all settings at the bottom of the popup box. Select Mail from the left menu, then Compose and Reply. Paste the signature in the text box. All images should pull over when you paste. If they do not, re-copy the Signature and try again. Make sure the 2 boxes right underneath the textbox are checked.
